The Downtown Parenting Center offers expecting parent education, new parent groups, nutritional workshops, music classes for babies and toddlers, and much more. They are also developing new classes all the time and want to hear about what we need. Call Carol to talk about your needs or ideas you have for programming. The Abrons Arts Center is a division of the Henry Street Settlement, which has offered instruction in visual arts, music, dance and theater for over 100 years. Located on the Lower East Side, Abrons classes offer recreational and pre-professional training to toddlers, youth and adults. Students get the opportunity to perform in the Abrons theaters or exhibit their artwork in the galleries, sharing the bill with our downtown arts programming. Low-cost tuition rates and spectacular teaching artists give families and students a wealth of artistic options to explore!
